At Cutiebloom, we want every family to feel happy with their personalized storybook. Since each book is made especially for your child, we've created a clear and fair refund policy to give you peace of mind.
Order Cancellations (Before Printing)
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase directly in your Shopify account dashboard.
If you have any trouble with the cancellation process, please contact us at support@cutiebloom.com for assistance.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days on our end. Your bank or PayPal may take up to 14 business days to reflect the credit.
Refunds After Receiving Your Book
We take great care to print on high-quality coated paper and ship securely. However, if your book arrives damaged or you are not happy with the result:
- You can return the book for a refund.
- Or, you may request a free replacement.
Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned book, and processing follows the same 7–14 business day timeframe.

Please include your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue so our team can assist you quickly.
Important Notes
- Each order is custom-made for one main character. This means we can only process refunds or replacements for issues directly related to the printed product.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a printing error or damage.
We hope your little one enjoys their magical storybook. But if something isn't right, we'll always do our best to make it right for you.
